Eugene has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry.

• Prior to his current Managing Director role at Delta Insurance Singapore that he cofounded, he held a range of executive positions in APAC that include the Regional Head of Professional Liability, Technology, Construction and Cyber managing an annual portfolio of more than USD100m, the Head of Singapore Financial Lines for a global insurer, and an integral member of a team that built an investment technology platform.
• His well-established network in APAC, keen eye for numbers and strong business operation skills and acumen have enabled him to help business units reduce debt and turn profitable, build profitable start-up with sustainable accelerated growth and help companies develop partnerships and distribution channels. He is a regular trainer and advisor in the business community and at insurance events.
• He is passionate about community projects and design solutions to help the community. He is the founder of a free community web portal that allows the public to search for the final resting place of the departed and also to connect the living.
• Eugene holds a Bachelor of Science degree double majoring in Mathematical Statistics and Applied Mathematics.
